Speed and efficiency can be increased using digital technologies in smart manufacturing and related processes, and processes can be optimized and error communicating with each other autonomous objects with actions – maintenance – inventory costs can be reduced.
The general purpose of the 2021-01 and 2021-02 Project Proposal Calls on the theme of “DIGITALIZATION IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY” prepared within the scope of the KOBIGEL – SME Development Support Program:
National opportunities in the manufacturing industry sector are mainly for digitalization;
– Domestic and competent technology developer to expand the inventory of SMEs,
– To increase the number of digitalized business processes of manufacturing industry SMEs, cooperation with domestic technology developers being a priority.

– 2021 – 01 Project Call for Proposals: “Supporting domestic technology developer SMEs that can contribute to the digitalization process in the manufacturing industry sector”
Smart Digital Technologies develops products and solutions for electronics, Informatics and technology developers in the machine manufacturing industry, SMEs, manufacturing sector technology associated with one or a few together with a record of 8 digital integrated work which Product / Software added value in enhancing make improvements and/or developed product / software will be able to submit a project to commercialize.
Those who will offer projects for commercialization (promotion – marketing – sales) purposes only are required to submit a document stating that they have successfully completed their products by developing them with public support or that they are the output of a Technology Development Zone or R & D Center project. This document requirement will not be required for applicants who have value-added improvements in their work packages.
– 2021 – 02 Project Call for Proposals: “Increasing the level of utilization of digital technologies by SMEs operating in the manufacturing industry sector in production and related business processes”
SMEs in the manufacturing industry sector will be able to present a project to adapt one or more of the 8 digital technologies related to the manufacturing industry sector to production and related business processes together.

applications will be made for only one of the 2021-01 or 2021-02 project proposal calls. Multiple selections will be made from the appropriate project topics within the scope of the call.
Technology developer SMEs are required to submit an application with a Declaration of Intent to Purchase from an enterprise that wants to adapt the product / software subject to the project to their own business processes.
In the event that the technologies to be acquired by manufacturing SMEs are covered by domestic companies with a high rate, this situation will be taken into account positively in the evaluation of project applications.

The enterprises that will present the project must be registered and active in the KOSGEB Database.
Support rate and upper limits:
The support rate is 60%. 30% of the support to be calculated over this rate is paid as non-refundable support and 70% of the support to be paid back in exchange for collateral. Non-refundable support and reimbursed support are paid paid together.
A total of up to 1,000,000 TL of non-refundable support, up to 300,000 TL non-refundable and up to 700,000 TL refundable (in exchange for collateral or KGF surety) will be provided per enterprise within the scope of the Project Call for Proposals.
The fact that an application has been submitted will not give rise to any rights to the enterprise. Applications will be scored according to the evaluation criteria determined by KOSGEB and according to the score ranking, the number of applications that can be supported within the budget will be supported.
