The purpose of this Communiqué; by considering the conservation of Natural Resources and environment, improving the income level in rural areas, agricultural production and Agro-Based Industry to ensure the integration of small and medium enterprises, support for development of agricultural marketing infrastructure, backward traceability to ensure food safety, strengthening the creation of alternative sources of income in rural areas, rural economic infrastructure, strengthening the dissemination of new technologies for use by manufacturers of agricultural activities, to determine the procedures and principles related to increasing the effectiveness of the rural development studies being carried out, supporting investments containing new technologies in order to contribute to the creation of local development capacity in rural society.
