The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which was felt in the world and in our country in 2020, on our beneficiaries are monitored by our Institution and the risks they may face in this process are evaluated by us.
In this context, an exception approved by the relevant Authorities will be applied for IPARD II investments selected by our Institution to be supported in the 302-4 Rural Tourism and Recreation Activities sector, sub-sectors containing Accommodation Facilities and which have not yet been paid for.
According to the IPARD Program, our beneficiaries who will be supported in the sub-sectors containing Accommodation Facilities must be certified in accordance with the “Regulation on Certification and Qualifications of Tourism Facilities” until the final pay request.
In this direction, our beneficiaries are obliged to submit to our Institution the “Tourism Management Certificate” obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, which shows that the capacity of the accommodation establishment meets the criteria of “maximum 25 rooms (double / single) at the end of the investment” in the period before paying and is issued to the address and name specified in the contract.
Within the scope of this exceptional application:
Beneficiaries who have signed a contract within the sub-sectors containing IPARD II Accommodation Facilities will be able to submit the Tourism Management Certificate to our Institution within 1 (one) calendar year at the latest after receiving the grant payouts, provided that they meet all the other necessary conditions set by the TCC in order to receive support and physically complete their investment.
Our beneficiaries who want to benefit from this exception are obliged to submit the following documents to our Institution with the final pay request package.
After paying, “Commitment that the Tourism Management Certificate will be presented to our Institution within 1 year”
